Personalized yoga therapy session to address health concerns
The first session is 90 minutes to 2 hours long, includes intake form, various assessments, establishing your goals and managing your expectations.
Subsequent sessions are 90 minutes. In these sessions we begin to work on corrective actions.
To begin to feel and notice a difference it is recommended that you take five sessions.
